What we see.

PERSONAL IMPACT

Physical fatigue is the most common symptom of burnout. But cognitive and emotional exhaustion also rank high.

40%

ECONOMIC IMPACT

Too many employees leave their jobs because of burnout, costing the U.S economy $300 billion a year.

While excessive hours and understaffing can often be the reason for burnout, 21% of workers also don’t have access to programs to help alleviate burnout.

Social media creates an empathy gap, while AI threatens authenticity. Baby Boomers are phasing out. Gen-Xers are eyeing retirement, even as they step into leadership. Now there’s a growing void in nurturing the next wave of sellers.

The missing puzzle piece? Mentorship.

Your Life Funnel

Self

Family

Career

Who are you?

How are you showing up in life’s funnels?

Recognize your position in the sales cycle of Self. Family. Career. Fill life funnels with opportunities. The goal is to develop pipelines in all three funnels, each representing a distinct SalesCycle. Whether in Survivor mode in one life funnel or adopting a competitive mindset in your career, balance is crucial. Many focus on one life aspect, neglecting others until it's too late. It's not just about meeting sales quotas but fulfilling life's quotas. We help define quotas for each funnel and initiate the process of building the necessary pipelines in all three.

Helping elevate your C,B, and A-Players to the next level across all funnels.

  • You fill the funnel for others.

The commander embodies a mindset where the team reflects their personality. They recognize the weight of this responsibility and, without hesitation, urges individuals to elevate their standards. Once the bar is raised, they demonstrate to everyone how to surpass it. This approach leads by example, emphasizing that one doesn't require a title to become a commander, only a clear understanding that competitiveness alone doesn't lead to greatness—the title follows.

For the full alignment of Heart, Mind, and Body, creating a comprehensive Self funnel is essential. The awakening of the commander within is promised when the Self Funnel is complete. This marks the significant distinction between a Competitor and a Commander. A Commander ensures their Self Funnel is replenished daily, allowing dedicated time for the Family and Career Funnels.

  • You create opportunities.

The competitor thrives in life’s moments, driven by visible goals. Within the Career Funnel, they skillfully leverage sales leadership tactics to gain an edge. In the absence of a defined moment, they proactively identify opportunities and create them, consistently shaking things up. Their confidence knows no bounds, believing that nothing is above their skills. Loss is not a setback but a valuable lesson—a learning opportunity.

The competitor's approach revolves around the belief that being prepared means you never have to get ready. They engage in a perpetual competition with their past selves, always striving to find new ways to learn effective sales strategies. This mindset ensures their career funnel remains robust for an extended period. However, the relentless pursuit of excellence can become a double-edged sword, leading them to overlook their family and even their personal funnel.

  • You meet a challenge.

The contender mindset thrives on challenges, seeking obstacles to overcome, and finding motivation in those who doubt their abilities. Their days are often lived in a survivor mode, navigating through routine until faced with a challenge that ignites their competitive spirit. Contenders aspire to enhance their sales presentation skills, master the intricacies of an interview, and seek mentorship to skillfully close the sale. They aim higher, reaching for job opportunities that stretch beyond their current skill set.

Operating with a mindset of the underdog, contenders acknowledge that they may often be perceived as such. However, armed with personalized sales coaching they diligently work to elevate both their sales skills and mindset. These are the coachable sellers and leaders in your organization. In the zone of growth and development, contenders seamlessly transition into a state that is often perceived by others as that of a competitor.

  • You’re still standing.

Survivors have the most opinions in the conversation. They have reasons why they don’t achieve their goals and believe those reasons. A survivor mindset ensures the people they surround themselves with are in line with the system. They are stable, usually dependable and have good enough communication skills to influence others. They’ve done their part to get here. They even have flashes of a contender.

The opportunity window for a survivor to become a contender is small because it keeps moving on them. They don’t readily adapt to change, but they make the trains run. In many ways, survivors benefit most from a sales culture transformation that uses the whole life sales cycle of self, family and career to give them long-term motivation and purpose.
